What is Dual Enrollment?
Dual Enrollment is a unique opportunity for eligible students to take rigorous and challenging college level classes during their high school career. They are able to fulfill some of their high school graduation requirements while simultaneously earning college credit.
*If you are interested in taking any Dual Enrollment classes, please utilize the WVHS Dual Enrollment Guide and follow the steps listed in that document. Additionally, you need to check with the College you will be attending after graduation regarding their transfer policies. Most large Universities have transfer equivalency tables that will help ensure you make appropriate choices. It's like planning a trip... you always start with where you want to go and then work backwards.
Here is all of the information that our partnering colleges would like for you to know! After you have reviewed all of their information, if you still have questions, please reach out to them and they will be happy to help you!
How much does it cost??
There is a Dual Enrollment Grant that the state of Tennessee has put into place. For more information on what your Dual Enrollment classes will cost, please visit the TSAC website or contact Lee University or Cleveland State.
