Introduction

Hello!  Welcome to the Walker Valley MBA section.

 

My name is David Hood.  I teach Economics and serve as an Administrator in the MBA Academy.

 

I am from Chattanooga and I am married with two children.  My wife is also an educator.  I have a daughter that is beginning her freshman year in college, and an eleven year old son that is entering the fifth grade.

 

I graduated with a B.S. in Economics from UTC.  Since that time I have obtained a Masters Degree in Education Curriculum and Instruction from UTC, and an Educational Specialist Degree from Lincoln Memorial University in School Administration.  

 

I am a fan of sports teams from UTC, UT, and Florida State.  I am also a Tennessee Titans, Chattanooga Lookouts,  and Atlanta Braves fan.  With this in mind, I enjoy watching and participating in many sports, being outside, and spending time with my family.
