I am so excited that you or your child is considering or currently taking a "Teaching as a Profession" course! It is my desire to build lasting relationships and to ignite a true passion for education in my students!

About Me:

I married my absolute best friend and love of my life. We have one daughter who is full of personality!! She brings so much joy to our lives.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Middle Grades Math/Science Education from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga!

I have since added an endorsement in Family and Consumer Science.

I am currently working on my Master in Education: Teaching and Learning at Capella University.

This is my seventh year at Walker Valley teaching "Teaching as a Profession."

I have four years previous experience at Lake Forest Middle School teaching 7th grade Math.

I love all things Disney and football!

I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family!

I also enjoy hiking, painting, watching movies, cooking/baking, laying in my hammock!
